Profile：
The General Administration of Customs implements a registration system for production enterprises in countries or regions that allow the import of feed and feed additives. Foreign enterprises must complete the quarantine access procedures and the registration of overseas production and processing enterprises in accordance with the “Import and Export Feed and Feed Additive Inspection and Quarantine Supervision and Administration Measures” before they can export to China.
Foreign companies exporting feed and feed additives to China for the first time shall apply for import registration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and obtain an import registration certificate for feed and feed additives.

HACCP是对食品加工、运输以至销售整个过程中的各种危害进行分析和控制，从而保证食品达到安全水平。它是一个系统的、连续性的食品卫生预防和控制方法。
2002年4月19日，中国国家质检总局发布第20号令《出口食品生产企业卫生注册登记管理规定》，自2002年5月20日起施行。规章要求对列入《卫生注册需评审HACCP体系的产品目录》的出口食品生产企业需依据《出口食品生产企业卫生要求》和国际食品法典委员会《危害分析和关键控制点（HACCP）体系及其应用准则》建立HACCP体系。按照上述管理规定，目前必须建立HACCP体系的有六类生产出口企业，分别是生产水产品、肉及肉制品、速冻蔬菜、果蔬汁、含肉及水产品的速冻食品、罐头产品的企业，这是我国首次强制性要求食品生产企业实施HACCP体系，标志着中国应用HACCP进入新的发展阶段。欧洲企业通过获得有国家认监委认可的中国HACCP认证，是工厂在海关注册的一项有利条件。

organic product certification
Profile：
According to China’s regulation “Organic Products” national standard (GB/T 19630-2019), organic products refers to products for human consumption and animal consumption that meet the standards in the production, processing, and sales process. China’s national standard for “Organic Products” stipulates that chemically synthesized pesticides, fertilizers, growth regulators, feed additives, and genetically engineered organisms and their products must not be used in the production of organic products.
