According to the different purposes of the product identification report, it is divided into the following three types of inspections:

• Return shipment inspection

For goods exported from China to Europe, due to the quality of the goods, the buyer and the seller have reached an agreement to return the goods to China. The applicant shall provide the trade documents, test report (if involved), return agreement (if any), etc. at the time of shipment. Our company will go to the site to verify the quantity of returned products, verify whether the defects of the products are true, check whether the trade document information is consistent with the goods to be returned, and then issue an inspection report so that when the returned goods arrive in China, they can be used by China Customs as import clearance .

• Product defect identification

The consignee believes that the quality of the product arriving in Europe does not conform to the contract requirements, and the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement on this. At the request of the seller or the buyer, a fair appraisal of the status of the product shall be conducted. Our company relies on the applicant’s application to verify the degree of product defects and check the test report (if involved) on site. If it involves defects that cannot be verified by visual inspection, our company will take samples for analysis and issue a product defect identification report based on the analysis results.

• Damage identification

Due to transportation, the delivered product was damaged. Based on the applicant’s application, our company will go to the site to evaluate the damage, extent, and cause of the product, and issue a damage appraisal report as the basis for the applicant’s insurance claim
